Social Media is at the heart of what I do. It has become integral to any successful business.

From creating content, to building your community, to handling customer enquiries, it is an incredibly powerful tool to drive measurable sales for your business. Feed into this a successful PR strategy, a solid website and third-party endorsement, you’re onto a winner.

My goal is to help small businesses to grow, by driving sales through clever strategies, which are completely bespoke for each business. I really love to get under the skin of your business. To really understand how it operates and what challenges you face. The more I can understand and be involved, the more I can make a difference. As I don’t have the big overheads of an agency, I can work to smaller budgets and still deliver top results.

Strategy Package

This package will help set you on the right path to be able to manage your marketing channels yourself going forward.

  • A full marketing audit of all existing marketing channels, plus key competitors

  • Audit of business sales website (front-end) and online shopping platforms (eg. Shopify), to provide recommendations to improve customer experience and increase opportunity for sales

  • Establishing an online strategy for the business to use going forward

  • All of the above will be presented in a workshop-style meeting with all documents provided afterwards

Full Service Package

With this package, you can think of me as an ongoing extension of your team, covering all areas of online marketing for the business, including the options in the Strategy Package, plus:

  • Day-to-day running of the social channels, including customer service enquiries

  • Content creation (photography and video) for use on social media

  • Growing online communities through organic outreach

  • Identifying and working with key social media influencers/celebrities

  • Media relations (both national and local, mainstream and specialist, as required)

  • Setting up customer e-mail templates (eg. Mailchimp) and sending newsletters to customers

  • Applying paid spend to social media posts to get them seen by a larger targeted audience.
